Wall Problem and Solutions
WHITE PATCHES
Caused by water-soluble surfactant leeching from old paint film which create discolouration when moisture evaporates.
STEP 1 (Surface Preparation)
- Clean the wall thoroughly in a circular motion with a wet cloth.
- Use clean water and rinse the cloth frequently after wiping.
- Repeat the steps until water is clear after rinsing.
- Leave the wall to dry completely before painting.
STEP 2 (Paint one coat of sealer)
STEP 3 ( Paint two coats of any topcoat below according to your needs)
