Wall Problem and Solutions
FUNGUS
Caused by dampness of cement surface
STEP 1 (Surface preparation)
- Remove all algae or fungus growth by high-pressure water jet or scrubbing.
- Allow the surface to dry completely before painting.
STEP 2: Fungicidal Wash
- Effective low toxicity bacterial, fungal and algae wash which will kill all film spoilage species.
- Apply fungicidal wash over entire substrates by painting, scrubbing or spraying and allow it to remain on the surface for 24 hours or overnight to eliminate fungal spore.
STEP 3 (Paint one coat of any sealer below according to your needs)
