Water Based

Aqua Epoxy is a two-component high-performance water-based polyamide amine adduct cured epoxy coating specifically designed for the protection of the internal masonry surfaces such as cement or concrete floor, cement or concrete wall, as well as glaze tile with an appropriate primer.

Dulux Weathershield is a high performance, premium exterior wall paint with new advanced Dualshield Technology which provides 2X longer protection against colour fading, dirt & dust, alkali, algae & fungus.

Momento® Primer is specially formulated with special silica sand to provide sanding finishing for the Momento® Effect Paint to be applied on top of it. It also has interior sealer function which can protect the finishing coats against the effects of mild alkalinity and moisture from the substrate.

Momento Clear Coat is a water-based acrylic clear coat. It is specially formulated as an extra protection coating on top of Nippon Momento Elegant, Sparkle Series, Frost Series and Cloud series to improve washability and protects against dirt and water staining.

Hydro Metallic is a low odour, water-based acrylic paint for interior and exterior that can be applied onto masonry, wood and metal substrate, with proper primer usage. It provides even distribution of metallic pigment on the surface of substrate, giving a smooth finish.

Gold Paint is a low odour, water-based acrylic paint for interior and exterior that can be applied to concrete, qypsum, wood and also metal. It is suitable for decorating walls, wood, and metal surfaces with proper primary use. It provides even distribution of metallic pigment on the surface of the substrate.

Multi-Purpose Floor Coating is a high-performance water-based acrylic coating specifically designed for the protection of the internal or external masonry surfaces such as cement or concrete floor and sports floor. It is recommended for non-immersion services and to impart non-skid
property on slippery surfaces.

Aqua Epoxy Primer is a two-pack waterborne modified amine cured epoxy finish for use on concrete floor surfaces, which provide good adhesion to the substrate. Acid-treatment should be done prior to application. It is suitable for use as a tie coat between concrete substrate and water-based topcoat, such as Nippon Aqua Epoxy.

Timbershade is an acrylic water based paint with non-added lead and mercury which is specially formulated for internal and external fiber cement board, wooden and galvanised iron surfaces.

Ensure the surface to be painted is clean, dry & free from dirt, oil, grease & other contaminants. Remove all loose or powdery residues by brushing or scraping with a stiff fibre brush under running water or by using high pressure water jet. Areas affected by mould, lichen, algae or fungus must be treated with MCI Micro Kill.
